Amazing views from our room and the gardens. The hotel is built into the hill side so every view is gorgeous. The service was great. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff was very kind and helpful. They surprised us with a delicious cake for our honeymoon.

Service was excellent with detail oriented staff who were happy to help with everything. The welcome to the hotel was also great. The hotel is in a fantastic location with incredible views across the valley and a beautiful pool which was very clean. The gardens were also lovely. The location of te hotel is also ideal to explore the stunning tea fields and national park at Munnar. The Indian breakfast options were nice. The spa options were slightly limited as we booked the day of, but it was a relaxing experience. Thank you so much!

The views at Fragrant Nature Munnar are unique and definitely worth the long car ride up from Kochi. The hotel is very well appointed, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The pool was a lovely place to cool down and enjoy the view. The breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious! All my family members found something they enjoyed to eat as there was a lot of variety to choose from. We enjoyed the games room with the table tennis, chess, and Carrom games. All the staff were friendly and professional. A great place to stay! From here we visited the tea plantations and the tea museum. As a tea-lover, it was fascinating to learn more about the cultivation process. At the Tata Tea Museum we got to visit the working factory, and were up close to the loud machinery. The smell of tea was so fragrant!

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The view from the room was incredible. The staff were super friendly and prompt. Rooms are clean. The buffet breakfast and dinner was great. We had massages done at the spa, and it was super relaxing. Would definitely recommend to come and stay here.

Room was great but moreover view from windows was fantastic. A very nice breakfast and dinner buffet with made to order masala chai, dosas, and other specialties. We also booked a spa appointment which was refreshing, affordable, and very relaxing.
